Natural History Museum of Meteora and Mushroom Museum has announced the first dates for the new season of Truffle Hunting at Meteora that visitors of the area can join a tour.
The tour includes:
1. Truffle hunting in the forest with specially trained dog(s)
2. Mushroom tasting in the forest
3. Truffle pasta dish cooking in the forest and lunch, accompanied by excellent wine and soft drinks
4. Visit and guided tour to the Museum
In addition to the following dates, they are also tours organized for groups, schools and in private.
The dates are:
March: 3, 17, 18, 24, 25, 31
April: 14, 28
May: 4, 6, 19
June: 9, 16, 30
July: 14, 28
August: 11, 25
September: 1, 22, 29
October: 13, 20, 27, 28
