Two organizations with heightened environmental sensitivities meet and cooperate in the Truffle Hunting in Meteora. The collaboration involves the Museum and EURIMAC, the company that produces MAKVEL pasta, whose Greek products will be used for the production of truffle pasta during the Truffle Hunting.
EURIMAC-MAKVEL was founded in 1939, and today it is the largest pasta producer in Greece, exporting its products to all continents in more than 55 countries! It offers a wide range of high-quality and authentic taste pasta fermented with 100% selected Greek grains and water from the crystal-clear waters of Mount Beles.
But it is not only the top quality of its pasta that sets it apart, as it has the highest standards of environmental sensitivity. It is a 100% green company, using thermal energy produced from biomass and electricity from renewable sources only.
