The Museum collaborates with “αγροζύμη“, one of the leading pasta companies in Greece. The pasta of the company is used by the chefs of the Museum, in the context of the truffle hunt that it organizes, for the preparation of a delicious truffle spaghetti, cooked in the forest, with the truffles that “dig out” the truffle dogs from the ground.

Such an original and exceptional activity, always according to the reviews of the participants, could not but include cooperation with a company, such as ” αγροζύμη “, which since 1969 has been producing high quality traditional pasta. Its products are produced with state-of-the-art equipment and high safety standards, and they hold a significant share in the Greek market, while being exported to other countries.
